You have not missed October’s huge training challenge, “10 minutes training,” which is to move (at least) 10 minutes a day? A little motion each day brings great benefits to health, especially for your mood because exercise releases endorphins. Be involved in making October a healthier and happier month!
Four of Sweden’s largest training profiles, former fitness athlete Emelie Hollsten, PT n and fitness blogger Amelie Håkansson, CrossFit star Luke Högberg and super yogi Johanna Andersson will throughout October offer fast workout that you can do virtually anywhere. You will in other words get daily inspiration, which hopefully will help you stay motivated throughout the month.
Another thing that can brighten up your mood is stylish and functional workout clothes. During the four weeks of October you have the chance to fill in your exercise wardrobe and win workout clothes from famous brands.

Work out in (at least) ten minutes. Ideally, any of Emelie Hollstens varied workouts that we provide tips on here at Sports Amore magazine, but we encourage you to clear all types of exercise! Take a picture of yourself when you do any of the exercises, and post it on Instagram with the hashtag # sportamore10. Then you are automatically entered in the contest. Please use your creativity! Remember that you must have an open account in order to be able to see your contributions.
