Beer Luff on Koh Samui and Koh Phangan

Asia

Thailand is a wonderful country to holiday in. The islands offer white beaches, snorkeling excursions in the clear water and a real feeling of paradise – perfect for relaxation and recovery.

We have put together a trip that mixes the opportunity to relax under the palm trees on chalk-white beaches with the opportunity to go on a cycling trip on Koh Phangan. Of course you also get a couple of days in the fantastic city of Bangkok.

Day 1:Departure to Thailand

Today, the journey begins with a flight to Thailand’s capital Bangkok.

Day 2: Arrival in Bangkok

You will receive a warm welcome to Bangkok after a long journey. You will be met by a driver at the airport, and once you have checked in at your guesthouse, you have the rest of the day to spend as you wish. Bangkok is the very heart of Thailand. Here you will find a genuine Asian atmosphere, cheap shopping, nice restaurants and a hectic nightlife. We highly recommend an exciting evening walk in China Town where you can explore both the area and the rich and surprising cuisine. Explore the area on your own or join the “Chinatown for all the senses” excursion.

Day 3: Bangkok on your own

You have all day to explore Bangkok on your own. Go on a journey of discovery in the city where lots of exciting experiences await. Do not miss the Grand Palace, Wat Po, China Town, Lumpini Park, Chatuchak weekend market or a boat trip on the canals. We have lots of suggestions if you need inspiration. Winberg Travel recommends a bike ride behind the city’s facade or an exciting half-day trip on the narrow canals that meander behind the city’s facade. Here you go with a longtail boat and get to experience the local everyday life. ( F )

Day 4: Flight and ferry to Koh Phangan

Today you go on to the beautiful island of Koh Phangan. When you arrive, you will be picked up and driven to the northern part of the island. There you will stay in a lovely beach hotel in the middle of paradise, far from the part of the island known for Full Moon Party. ( F )

Day 5-7: Koh Phangan on your own

Start the day with a dip in the pool, enjoy lunch on the beach where it is served on the sand and end the day with a glass of wine at sunset. If you want to move around a bit, we recommend that you book a cycling excursion and look around the beautiful island. In addition to the restaurant at the hotel, there are some good restaurants along the beach. This way you can vary and pamper your taste buds. ( F )

Day 8: Transfer to Koh Samui

You will be picked up and driven to the ferry to Koh Samui. The journey takes about an hour. From Koh Samui you go to Bophut where you spend your last vacation days.

Day 9-11: Koh Samui on your own

On Koh Samui awaits a wonderful beach vacation in tropical surroundings. The island is one of the most popular destinations in Thailand and with good reason. Here are lovely sandy beaches, good restaurants, shopping and lots of activities, both during the day and in the evenings. Koh Samui offers lots of experiences for all ages. The island is known for its spa treatments and some of the world’s best and most exclusive spa facilities are actually located on Koh Samui. If you want to be a little more active on your holiday, there are good opportunities to dive, snorkel, ride a quad bike, ride a cable car among the treetops, Thai boxing or fishing out at sea.

Day 12: Transfer to Koh Samui Airport

You will be picked up and driven to Koh Samui Airport where the return journey starts.

Day 13: Arrival in Scandinavia
